HE Dr. Saleh Mohammed Al-Nabit, Minister of Development Planning and Statistics, received, at the premises of the Ministry, Ambassador Charles Ries, Vice President, International at RAND Corporation, and Dr. Issa Younossi; Director, RAND-Qatar Policy Institute. Ambassador Charles Ries gave a presentation about RAND Research Corporation, which is concerned with the provision of comprehensive advisory services on development in a number of countries around the world.
