The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics released the second issue of “Qatar Social Statistics” report, which recapitulates the trail of social statistical development of the State of Qatar during 2003-2012.   This biennial report is one of the most important social reports. The report is characterized by statistical analysis of time series that combine all social statistical issues, highlighting the frequently-used indicators in the planning and implementation processes. The ministry hopes that a large segment of society, whether planners or researchers, will benefit from the report. The report addresses comprehensive statistical issues related to the demographic and social aspects, vital statistics, environment, economic activity, information technology and disability, in addition to other social issues.
