Closure and Assessment

Introduction

In the closing stage, you close the project in a controlled manner.

Evaluate the project’s success.
Undertake administrative closeout
Transfer knowledge to the permanent organization
Release project resources as the project concludes and the team is disbanded.

When all deliverables are accepted, the project is finished and the team can be dissolved.
