Data Request
Law No. (9) of 2022 on the Regulation of the Right to Access Information grants individuals a general right to access information held by the following entities:

Ministries, government agencies, public bodies, and institutions
affiliated with any of them.

Private associations and institutions, and other entities that carry out
work of public benefit.

Companies wholly owned by the state or in which the state holds a share of
(51%) of the capital or more.

Other entities as determined by a decision of the Council of Ministers.
You may request documents held by us, and we will assess your request in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (9) of 2022 on the Regulation of the Right to Access Information.
