Support for Implementing Economic & Environmental Plans Department

Responsibilities & Functions

1. Establish effective communication mechanisms and frameworks with leaders of economic and environmental projects and initiatives to track progress, identify issues and obstacles, and provide solutions and recommendations to ensure effective implementation.
2. Set mechanisms to monitor challenges and obstacles affecting the delivery of economic and environmental projects linked to entities’ plans and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with concerned entities.
3. Diagnose delays in achieving results of economic and environmental projects at the sector level, identify root causes, analyze performance gaps, and recommend suitable actions with stakeholders.
4. Periodically evaluate the results of implementing economic and environmental projects and initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in coordination with relevant units and entities.
5. Follow up implementation of risk-mitigation plans related to economic and environmental projects and initiatives, in coordination with relevant administrative units and stakeholders.
