Support for Implementing Human & Social Plans Department

Responsibilities & Functions

1. Establish effective communication mechanisms and frameworks with leaders of human and social projects and initiatives to track progress, identify issues and obstacles, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to ensure effective implementation.
2. Set appropriate mechanisms to monitor issues and obstacles affecting delivery of projects and initiatives related to entities’ human and social plans, and propose suitable solutions in coordination with concerned entities.
3. Diagnose delays in achieving results of human and social projects at the sectoral level, identify causes, analyze performance gaps, and recommend suitable actions in coordination with relevant units and stakeholders.
4. Periodically evaluate results of implementing human and social projects and initiatives and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, in coordination with concerned units and entities.
5. Follow up implementation of risk-mitigation plans related to human and social projects and initiatives in government entities, in coordination with relevant administrative units and stakeholders.
