1- To assess the feasibility of substituting traditional face-to-face interviews with telephone-based interviews for the WMHQ survey amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

2- To evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of telephone interviews in collecting comprehensive mental health data.

The transition to telephone interviews was deemed feasible and effective, allowing for the continuation of the WMHQ survey during the pandemic.

This approach ensured the safety of both participants and researchers while maintaining data quality and integrity.
